Step 1:
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice

 Step 2:
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. polenta
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1 sachet mistka crushed with 1 tsp sugar


Step 1: 

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan on the heat.
  2. Once the milk starts boiling, put off the heat and add the lemon juice and stir.
  3. Keep the milk for few minutes until it curdles.
  4. Stir the milk couple of times.
  5. Turn the curdled milk into a sieve and let it drain very well.

Step 2:

  1. Put two cups of milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add the cornstarch, polenta, and crushed mistka to the milk.
  3. Stir well and put on the heat. 
  4. Keep stirring until it thickens.
  5. Turn off the heat and add the orange blossom water and rose water.
  6. Add the curdled milk to the thickened cream and mix well.
  7. Keep in the fridge until cold.
  8. Fill katayef with Kashta.
