Ingredients

Yields: three glasses

- 2 cups frozen strawberries (package from supermarket)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 cups soya milk or almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)


Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and put on high speed until the mixture is completely crushed and thick.
  2. Pour in glasses and decorate with sliced strawberries and mint.
  3. Enjoy while still frozen and fresh.
